This grand celebration will be graced by esteemed dignitaries, including our
Chief Guest, Mr. Subhash Phal Dessai (Minister of Social Welfare, Goa), and Guest of Honour, Mrs. Subha Phal Dessai.
Our Guest of Honour will be the Chairman and Vice Chairman of Sanguem Muncipality and with all the Councillers of different wards of Sanguem.
